Calçada da Memória

Between the 18th-century Jardim Botânico da Ajuda and the historic Igreja da Memória, a new residential building is taking shape in one of Lisbon's most characterful western parishes.

Demolition and construction project of seven premium units, from one-bedroom apartments to a penthouse T3 Duplex, across five above-ground floors, with three levels of underground parking served by a fully automated car-lift system. Situated within Lisbon's Urban Rehabilitation Area, the project benefits from a fully approved building permit and a gross internal area of 645 sqm across a 1,119 sqm Gross Building Area.
